Reason #3 To Journal: Build Your FAITH BY REMEMBERING What God Has Done

22 October 2009 One Comment

A third reason to journal is it helps you remember what God has done when you write it down. Over and over again in the Bible, God told His people, “Remember!” He instructed them to build altars, set down stones, teach their children, etc. so they would remember the great deeds of God.

Writing down your prayers helps you remember them. Then it’s much easier to recognize answers to prayer when they come. That builds faith. God teaches us that without faith it’s impossible to please God. Prayer and faith go hand-in-hand.

Prayer Power
Heavenly Father, we praise You as the God of HIStory. You told Your people in the Bible over and over to Remember!” One of the best ways to remember what You’ve done and to discern what You are doing is to journal. Bless my readers to comprehend the significance of journaling. May You bless my upcoming Journaling course to help participants grow in their faith. Thank You Jesus. Amen and hallelujah!

Blessings to journal to remember what God has done!
